Professionally about Jonas Venstrom
I am used to work internationally and in combination with experience of IT, project management and working in geographically distributed teams I have knowledge that can add value to many companies. I have pedagogic as well as communicative skills and don't mind travelling. I enjoy working with all fields of management an coaching.
With a strong experience of management and process development as a foundation I have also managed larger programs directed at the webb and complicated projects within telecommunications and embeded systems. Furthermore I've taken part in business development and company management for an offshore development department in Moscow.
In telecom, banking and offshore activites my knowledge is at expert level. Internationally I've worked in connection to Russia during 4 years, two of which I lived in Moscow. Working with different cultures is, besides management and processes, a big interest of mine.
I have several years of system development experience providing me with good technical understanding. I view myself as a driving person with strong confidence. Cooperation, teamwork and coaching are areas I'm skilled in and enjoy. Great responsibilities, challenges, result orientation and pressure motivates me to excel further.
Off work I relax watching sports and training. During many years I have beeen a soccer coach, in junior teams as well as senior teams.
